Psychological support for adults
In consultation I help you cope with the effects of traumatic experience, low mood, panic attacks and other difficult experiences — at your pace and with evidence-based methods.
01 / Introduction
“It matters to me to create a space where difficult things can be spoken about without fear of judgement — attentively, respectfully, and at your pace.”
My work is grounded in psychology education, scientific thinking and contemporary counselling methods. I do not offer one-size-fits-all advice: we explore your situation together and look for realistic next steps. Not every practitioner focuses on trauma and its effects — this is an important, careful part of my work, without pressure and within the scope of psychological counselling.
How I can help
You do not need a perfectly worded request — you can begin with trauma, low mood, panic attacks or whatever feels most difficult right now.
Scope of support: consultations are not intended for emergencies and do not replace medical or psychiatric care. If there is an immediate threat to life, suicidal thoughts or safety, contact your local emergency service. Work with the effects of traumatic experience takes place within psychological counselling and does not cover every type of trauma; if specialised or medical help is needed, we will discuss suitable options.
Formats and fees
We discuss the format and approximate length of our work after learning more about your request.
Individual consultation
For consistent work with one or several concerns — including the effects of trauma, low mood and panic attacks.
Consultation package
Five individual consultations, 60 minutes each.
Couples or family
A space for dialogue, understanding conflict and finding new ways to communicate.
Single-session format
A focused two-hour consultation devoted to one specific issue.
My approach
I choose methods to fit the client and their request, with clarity, care and respect for boundaries — including when working with trauma, low mood and panic.
Exploring links between thoughts, emotions and behaviour, testing familiar beliefs and building new strategies — including for anxiety, panic reactions and low mood.
Images and the creative process can express what is hard to put into words — including experiences linked to trauma.
Attention to physical sensations helps notice tension, emotion and habitual ways of responding.
A focused format in which one meeting is devoted to one clearly defined issue.
About me
I graduated with honours from the Faculty of Psychology at Lomonosov Moscow State University and hold a PhD in Psychology.
My academic and research background helps me pay close attention to evidence and to the context of each person’s life. In counselling I follow a professional code of ethics and a gentle non-directive approach, drawing on completed personal therapy and ongoing professional supervision.

FAQ
If your question is not here, send a message via WhatsApp — link in the contact section below.
Yes. In consultation we work with the effects of traumatic experience, low mood and panic attacks within psychological counselling. If your situation needs medical or specialised help, we will discuss that at the first meeting.
We get to know each other, discuss your situation, expectations and a possible format. You do not need a perfectly formulated request.
It depends on the request. Oksana’s B17 profile describes three formats: one focused meeting, short-term work of 7–15 meetings, and longer work of 20 or more.
Yes. “I am struggling” or “this no longer works for me” is enough to start a conversation and gradually clarify the issue.
Choose a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. You may write down topics you want to discuss, but this is optional.
Cancellation and rescheduling rules are agreed before the first consultation. Oksana will share the current terms when you book.
